Encryption: All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe’s internal servers and daemons is able to obtain plaintext card numbers.

What happens if my support requests exceed my package quota?

Your account will continue to work. Extra support incident will be charged in accordance with your plan package subscription, respectively.
